23. Create Point

Tool that allows drawing auxiliary points with which to help digitize with greater precision based on a previously drawn auxiliary line with the own tool.

Once the points of the support line are established, we will indicate the X and Y distances with respect to the initial or final point to draw the point.

The represented point is added to the v_edit_cad_auxpoint layer which will be loaded in the ToC.
